You Mediate. We Handle the Rest.

Join UMA ADR’s panel of trusted neutrals and gain access to a consistent flow of mediation opportunities. You focus on your expertise. We take care of the business side.

What We Offer

A Complete Support System for Skilled Neutrals

At UMA ADR, we handle everything except the mediation itself. From client intake and case management to scheduling, payment processing, and even court roster submissions (if you choose), we take care of the operational details. You decide your rates, maintain control of your calendar, and focus entirely on what you do best, resolving conflict.

Neutrals are responsible for drafting and providing any final memorandums or agreements. UMA does not participate in the legal drafting process.

Who We’re Looking For

Join a Panel of Legal Professionals Who Know Dispute Resolution

UMA ADR is primarily recruiting experienced attorneysjudges, and retired judges who have completed formal mediation training. Our clients value practical insight, clarity, and professionalism, qualities we seek in every member of our panel.

We are especially looking for neutrals with experience in:

Divorce and family law mediation

Parenting time and custody mediation

Civil disputes, including real estate and contracts

Business disputes and partnership issues

All applicants must have completed a recognized mediation training program (such as a 40-hour general civil or domestic relations training) and be comfortable conducting mediations via Zoom.

Your Role as a UMA Neutral

You’re the Mediator. We’re the Platform.

As a UMA panelist, you operate as an independent contractor. You set your availability and pricing. UMA serves as your back office, bringing in the clients, collecting payment, managing documents and logistics, and applying to court rosters if you choose.

Your role is to act as a neutral. You do not represent either party, and you do not provide legal advice. Your job is to facilitate structured, confidential dialogue that empowers parties to resolve their dispute. You are also responsible for preparing and delivering the final memorandum or mediation agreement to the parties involved.

Let’s Work Together

UMA ADR exists to make dispute resolution easier, more accessible, and more effective. If you’re an experienced neutral looking for a professional and well-supported way to mediate cases, we’d love to hear from you.
